FlyingNote User Manual

从安装、写笔记、登录同步到截图与设置。建议收藏本页，按目录跳转。

Install, write, sign in and sync, capture tools, and settings. Use the table of contents to jump.

1. 简介1. Introduction

飞笺（FlyingNote）是跨平台本地优先笔记桌面端（Tauri 2 + React）。笔记先写入本机 SQLite；登录后即可在多台设备间同步。面向个人与学习（非商业许可证）。

FlyingNote is a cross-platform local-first notes desktop app (Tauri 2 + React). Notes are written to local SQLite first; after sign-in they sync across your devices. Personal and educational use under a non-commercial license.

  1. 从 Gitee Releases 或 GitHub Releases 下载 FlyingNote_*_x64-setup.exe。 Download FlyingNote_*_x64-setup.exe from Gitee or GitHub.
  2. 运行安装程序。需要 Windows 10 1809+ 或 Windows 11，以及 WebView2 Runtime（安装了 Edge 通常已有）。飞笺不内嵌 WebView2 离线包，以保持安装包更小。 Run the installer. Needs Windows 10 1809+ or Windows 11, and WebView2 Runtime (Edge usually includes it). FlyingNote does not embed the WebView2 offline installer, to keep the setup small.
  3. 从开始菜单启动 飞笺 / FlyingNote。 Start FlyingNote from the Start menu.

下载 .dmg，拖到「应用程序」。需要 macOS 10.15+。

优先 AppImage（chmod +x 后运行）；Ubuntu 22.04+ / Debian 12+ 可用 .deb（需 WebKitGTK）。

Prefer AppImage (chmod +x then run); .deb on Ubuntu 22.04+ / Debian 12+ (WebKitGTK).

3. 快速上手3. Quick start

  1. 左侧笔记本树 新建笔记本，再 Ctrl+N 新建笔记（Ctrl+Shift+N 为 Markdown）。 Create a notebook in the tree, then Ctrl+N for a note (Ctrl+Shift+N for Markdown).
  2. 直接打字。内容会防抖写入本机，不必手动点保存。 Just type. Content is saved locally on a debounce — no Save button.
  3. 点左上角图标打开账户，登录后才会和其它设备对齐。 Click the top-left icon for the account menu. Sign in to match other devices.
  4. 需要立刻推拉时：设置 → 立即同步，或侧栏同步按钮。 To push/pull immediately: Settings → Sync now, or the rail sync button.

4. 笔记本与笔记4. Notebooks & notes

  • 笔记本可嵌套；双击名称重命名（像文件夹一样）。
  • Notebooks can nest; double-click the name to rename.
  • 侧栏：最近、全部笔记、收藏、标签、待办、回收站。
  • Rail: recent, all notes, starred, tags, tasks, trash.
  • 笔记可标星、移入回收站；附件跟笔记走，大文件落在应用数据目录，不把图片长期塞进编辑器 JSON。
  • Star notes or move them to trash. Attachments follow the note; large files live in the app data dir instead of bloating editor JSON.

5. 编辑器5. Editor

  • 普通笔记：所见即所得（标题、列表、代码块、表格、链接、图片）。
  • Rich notes: WYSIWYG (headings, lists, code, tables, links, images).
  • Markdown：左侧源码、右侧预览；适合日志与代码片段。
  • Markdown: source on the left, preview on the right — good for logs and snippets.
  • 当前笔记查找：Ctrl+F。缩放：Ctrl++ / - / 0，或 Ctrl+滚轮。
  • Find in note: Ctrl+F. Zoom: Ctrl++/-/0 or Ctrl+wheel.
  • 前进后退：Ctrl+Alt+← / →。
  • Note history: Ctrl+Alt+← / →.

全局搜索 Ctrl+Shift+F 按正文检索。标签在侧栏「标签」里管理，一篇笔记可挂多个标签。

Global search Ctrl+Shift+F looks through note text. Manage tags in the Tags view; a note can have many tags.

7. 账户与同步7. Account & sync

正式安装包内置同步，设置里没有服务器地址栏，登录即可多端对齐。

Release builds have sync built in. There is no server URL in Settings — sign in to match other devices.

  1. 左上角图标 → 登录。首次可能需要绑定 TOTP 二次认证，之后每次登录要验证码。 Top-left icon → Sign in. The first login may require TOTP setup, then a code on every login.
  2. 登录后应用会定时同步：上传本机改过的笔记与附件，再拉取云端更新。 After login the app syncs on a timer: push local dirty notes and attachments, then pull remote changes.
  3. 冲突时会留下冲突副本，而不是悄悄覆盖。侧栏同步按钮颜色表示进行中 / 成功 / 失败。 Conflicts keep a copy instead of silent overwrite. The rail sync icon shows in-progress / ok / failed.
可以不登录，纯本地使用。换电脑前请先登录并等到同步完成，或自行备份数据目录。 You can stay local-only. Before switching PCs, sign in and wait for sync, or back up the data directory yourself.

8. 截图与工具8. Capture tools

侧栏相机 / 取色 / 尺子。设置里可改全局快捷键（应用在后台也能唤起）。Windows 截图走原生层，避免全屏 WebView 卡住 Esc。

Rail: camera / picker / ruler. Settings can change global shortcuts (work even in the background). On Windows, screenshot uses a native overlay so Esc is not trapped by a fullscreen WebView.

  • 截图：框选 → Enter 复制，Esc / 右键取消。
  • Screenshot: drag a region → Enter to copy, Esc / right-click to cancel.
  • 取色、尺子：量界面或对色值时用。
  • Picker and ruler: for UI measurements and hex colors.

9. 设置9. Settings

打开：Ctrl+,。可改主题、编辑器字号、工具快捷键，以及立即同步。没有「同步服务器」项。

Open with Ctrl+,. Theme, editor font size, tool shortcuts, and Sync now. There is no “sync server” field.

卸载安装包不一定删除该目录。重装后一般还能看到本机笔记。

Uninstalling the app does not always delete this folder. Reinstalling usually still sees local notes.

打开后只有灰底？

Windows 请安装 WebView2 后重启飞笺。

On Windows install WebView2, then relaunch.

为什么不能改同步服务器？

Why can’t I change the sync server?

正式版不提供自定义同步地址，避免填错把笔记推到别处。

Release builds do not offer a custom sync address, so notes are not pushed to a mistyped host.

没有自动更新？

No auto-update?

飞笺目前不内置自动升级插件（安装包更小）。请从 Gitee / GitHub 下载新版安装包覆盖安装。

FlyingNote does not ship an auto-updater yet (keeps the installer small). Download a new setup from Gitee / GitHub.

商业使用可以吗？

Commercial use?

默认许可证不可商用。商业使用请联系维护者。

Default license is non-commercial. Contact the maintainer for a commercial license.
